2 Year Workmanship Limited Warranty

Royalty Renovation LLC warrants all labor in its contract work with property owner to be free from defects in workmanship for a period of two (2) years. This 2 year Limited Warranty is for workmanship only and does not cover any manufacturer or product warranties. The warranty begins on the date of job completion. The warranty is given to the original homeowner and is non transferable unless required by Arizona State Law. Some restrictions apply. See before for details.

2 Year Parts and Performance Limited Warranty

Royalty Renovation LLC warrants all materials and performance of products sold and installed for a period of two (2) years as required by the Arizona Registrar of Contractors. Some restrictions apply. See below for details.

This warranty is strictly limited to contract work performed by Royalty Renovation LLC or its subcontractors expressly for the property owner. In addition, this Warranty shall not apply to any appliances installed by Royalty Renovation LLC for the property owner, although Royalty Renovation LLC shall assign and transfer any applicable manufactures’ warranties to property owner upon request.

In order to enforce the rights under this Limited Warranty, the property owner should promptly notify Royalty Renovation LLC in writing within seven (7) days of discovery in detail of the specific item or items which are believed to be covered by this Limited Warranty. Royalty Renovation LLC shall respond to such warranty request within seven (7) business days of receipt of same. Any emergency requests will be given immediate attention. If Royalty Renovation finds in its reasonable judgment that the item or items requiring attention are covered by this Limited Warranty, it will promptly proceed to repair or replace the defective materials or workmanship, at its sole cost and expense, except to the extent it finds that such repairs have been made necessary by the negligence or intentional misconduct of the property owner, or any party or parties associated with property owner.

This Limited Warranty shall be void and shall not apply to any materials which were originally installed by Royalty Renovation LLC, but which were subsequently repaired, adjusted, or modified by an individual or entity other than Royalty Renovation LLC or its authorized representative.

Replacements and/or repairs furnished under this Limited Warranty shall not carry a new warranty, but shall carry only the unexpired portion of the original Limited Warranty provided.

The Limited Warranties described above shall be the sole and exclusive warranties granted by Royalty Renovation LLC and shall be the sole and exclusive remedy available to the property owner, or any subsequent holder of this Limited Warranty. Correction of defects, in the manner and for the periods of time described herein, shall constitute complete fulfillment of all liabilities and responsibilities of Royalty Renovation LLC to the property owner, or any subsequent holder of this Limited Warranty, and shall constitute full satisfaction of all claims, whether based on contract, negligence, strict liability or otherwise.

Neither the sales personnel of Royalty Renovation LLC nor any other person is authorized to make any warranties other than those described above or to extend the duration of any warranties beyond the time period described above.

This Limited Warranty will go into effect upon completion of Contract.

Arizona Registrar of Contractor Two Year Warranty Requirement: These standards cover performance of those construction items of major concern to the buyer for the first two years of ownership, unless otherwise specified. The contractor should stand behind the product, but the buyer should be responsible for owner-maintenance items.

The Contractor responsibility under these standards should not extend to items which have been subject to owner neglect, modification or abnormal use. Defects in appliances and plumbing and electrical fixtures properly installed by the contractor should be limited to the manufacturer’s warranty. These standards are subject to revision as methods of construction or materials used in construction continue to change. If there is any conflict between the workmanship standards and building code requirements, the latter should prevail.

ARIZONA RULE 4-9-108 WORKMANSHIP STANDARDS:

A. A Contractor shall perform all work in a professional and workmanlike manner.

B. A contractor shall perform all work in accordance with any applicable building codes and professional industry standards.

C. All work performed by a contractor in a county, city, or town that has not adopted building codes or where any adopted building codes do not contain specific provisions applicable to that aspect of construction work shall be performed in accordance with professional industry standards
